:MGcom: Officers

Okay, it's been pretty relaxed and I think everyone feels that they have an influence on the clan, however,we now have Officers to run specific tasks. The role of the Officers is to help me run this clan. It requires a lot and this clan is growing fast. I cannot manage this entirely alone and that's where you guys come in. If anyone has a suggestion or would like to be an officer, please contact me by email at Fox@ModesGamer.com. Officers play a role and you cannot just be an Officer to just be an Officer.


Fox - General

Duties - It is your responsibility to ensure the website and game servers are in working condition. You are also head of public relations for the clan. This means, it is your responsibility to recruit new members and properly advertise our clan to the public for what it truly is. Your main areas are the website, scheduling, administration, servers and public relations.

Alu Seph - Tier 1 Officer
Duties - It is your duty to ensure all members properly informed about TWL & XPL. You are the leader of the tournaments. This means, it is your responsibility to ensure scheduling and verification of players. Your role is vital to the success of the clan. Anything and everything to do with XPL or TWL is in your hands. Do what you have to get this team competing and ready for tournaments.



1gShow- Tier 1 Officer

Duties - You are the leader of Alpha squad. This means, in tournaments it will be your responsibility to ensure your squad is properly classed and using tactics. You will train your squad and have to spend time to ensure each is ready to compete. You have been chosen for this role as you have shown your ability to properly lead and assess situations.

GillTheButcher - Tier 1 Officer

Duties - You are the forums Moderator. This means, it is your responsibility to ensure the forums are in top condition. If a post is not properly categorized or if a user is abusing his privileged, you have the power to delete and ban members. You can edit the forums in any way you like. The forums are yours to manage. This means, the forums as an application is yours to manage and take care of. You can edit anything you want under the forums "Administration Panel" and you will be given access to this.

76J0 - Tier 1 Officer

it is your responsibility to ensure our recruitment adds are properly managed on multiple sites. Be sure that any person attempting to find a clan that meets our requirements is aware of our existence.

If any member applies to our clan, it will be your responsibility to contact them and find out if they meet the requirements for our recruitment. After accepting a member, be sure to create a welcome thread under "Important Updates".Also, be sure to answer any questions for new members. If they are interested in competition, you will have to refer them to Fox who is our officer ahead of teams. If you have any questions let me know. You may edit any recruitment add as you see fit.
