Practice Schedule

There will now be practice each week held on Monday at 8pm Central. These practices are not required, however, it is very important for members to try to attend. The main practice to attend will be Mondays. Monday was chosen as it was the day that was voted for in the recent poll.

If a members misses a Monday practice without notifying the team by posting on this thread, they will be not be allowed to compete in the following tournament/scrimmage. The required time to attend the practice is 45 minutes, however, the practices will normally run for multiple hours.

Now, I am not trying to be a Nazi here, but to be the best, we must train. If you have a valid excuse, you will not be punished for missing the practice.

Here is the new schedule:

Sunday	Monday	Tuesday	Wednesday	Thursday	Friday	Saturday
FFA	8 PM (MAIN)	8 PM	8 PM	8 PM	FFA	FFA

Here is an example of excuses that will and will not be accepted:

I have to work out - NOT ACCEPTED
I have a doctors appointment - ACCEPTED
My dog died - ACCEPTED
I have the shits/other sickness - ACCEPTED
I have to study - NOT ACCEPTED
My brother/father/friend is playing right now - NOT ACCEPTED
I am hanging out with my girlfriend - NOT ACCEPTED

If a member continues to miss mandatory Monday's, he/she will be demoted in rank and will be permanently banned from competitions. Other steps may be taken without notice at anytime.

Members should be checking the forums daily for updates, missing a practice or meeting due to not checking the forums is NOT my problem.

That is fine, If it's 7:15 you wont be that late.

Alot of people of saying they are having issues with Mandatory Monday's. What do you guys think of Tuesday?

This week no one will get in trouble for missing due to the dates being thrown around so much. So, lets discuss it and come up with something that is good for everyone.

So, I apologize for the schedule changing so much. This is a new thing and whenever you try to start something new, we find there are certain issues that need to be worked around. Let's try out this new schedule until everyone gets settled in.

Mondays worked for me... Tuesdays however aren't going to fly. I like the idea of mandatory practice but I think that we should have a few dates to accommodate different peoples schedules. Mondays and Wednesdays work for me and I am generally free on Sunday nights for matches (although Saturdays can usually work as well). Anyway, I wanna make it to these things but other things in life come first. When school is done things will change a little but, but I am working on getting a fellowship for next year (a full ride plus living stipend) so that gets priority.

Who would turn down free money right????

I am down to discuss but I thought I would through my two cents in quick.

Okay, well I am just going to put it to a vote. Let the best time slot win. Just continue to practice as we have been until the votes are submitted and counted.

So would "My cat is on fire" work for "My dogged died"?

Sounds good, I wont miss practice. I'm down for any day currently... I don't have a busy schedule right now.
